Outdoor weddings can be really fun – after all, who doesn’t love spending some quality time with friends and family in the outdoors, eating delicious foods, enjoying the nice weather and dancing on great music?
However, please keep in mind that outdoor weddings may be more demanding from certain points of view. What are they? What are the most important issues to consider when planning your outdoor wedding? Here are some simple tips to help you create a truly wonderful outdoor event:
Make it comfy. Since most of the outdoor wedding chairs are made from either wood or metal, you should think of ways to make these more comfortable for your guests. The simplest way to do this is by covering them in cozy cushions, assorted with your wedding colors and/or wedding theme.
Make it temperature-balanced. Unfortunately, an outdoor wedding means it will be harder for you and your guests to actually control the environmental temperature. What you can do, however, is manage it. For instance, you can provide people with sunglasses, cold water, fans and even parasols if the weather is very hot. On the other hand, you can offer then cute blankets if you think the temperature might drop.
Make it buzz-free. You will most likely love a bit of buzz on the social media – but actual mosquito buzzes are a complete no-no at your wedding. Keep the pests away by offering everyone insect repellent solutions or bracelets – people will be more than appreciative of this idea!
