Don’t have any wedding regrets
After so many months of planning and after having put in so much effort, attention to detail and genuine passion into making your dream wedding come true, the last thing you want is to make mistakes you will always regret. What are some of the common faux-passes brides make and feel sorry about afterwards? We have gathered them below – so read on and stay away from these wedding regrets.
Not making a list of songs the DJ really has to play. Of course, your First Dance song is very important. Beyond that though there are many other songs that may define you and your relationship – maybe a song you always listened to as a kid with your best friend, or a song your father loves a lot. Your wedding should be filled with beautiful moments – and music is very important when it comes to this.
Not wearing comfortable shoes. It may seem that a pair of stilettoes is a good choice for the Big Day. However, please keep in mind that you will have to wear those for the entire wedding – and trust us, it’s going to be a long, highly active day. From walking down the aisle to dancing your heart out on the dance floor, there are a lot of activities you will engage in as a bride – so it is much better to wear comfortable shoes for all this.
Not living the moment. It can be easy to be swept away by all the wedding planning and coordination issues. But this is your wedding day and you should really soak in every single second of it. Smile, be happy, be hopeful and forget about annoying accidents – you deserve to be happy on one of the most unique moments of your entire life.
